Stöckli Swiss Sports AG is the most successful ski manufacturer in Switzerland, both in the sale of skis and in active racing. The company operates 5 specialist sports shops and 6 test centres in Switzerland and supplies the Swiss specialist sports trade. Over 60% of annual ski production is exported to over 40 countries. The long-established company, which has been based in Malters (LU) since 1935, is family-owned.

CEO Stöckli Swiss Sports AG
Marc Gläser has been CEO and co-owner of Stöckli Swiss Sports AG since 2014. As the first external CEO, he restructured and transformed the traditional brand, developing it into a successful premium brand internationally. Under his leadership, sales doubled and the export share rose from 30 to 70 percent. Previously, Gläser was managing director of the watch brand Maurice Lacroix and held senior positions at Unilever and Feldschlösschen. He is a member of the board of directors of the listed Luzerner Kantonalbank, a member of the foundation board of the Society for Marketing, and a member of the board of directors of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Central Switzerland. Gläser studied business administration with a focus on finance and accounting at the University of St. Gallen (HSG).

Andy Böckli

Andy Böckli has been CEO of the NÜSSLI Group since 2020. Prior to this, he spent several years as an entrepreneur with Adunic (trade fair/temporary construction), which he founded. Andy Böckli began his career in industry (Honeywell, ITT, ABB). After a stint in the communications industry, he joined Oerlikon Balzers in 2002. There, he became European head in 2010 and managed 1,700 employees in 20 countries. Andy Böckli is a graduate engineer with an Executive MBA and a former general staff officer. He has practical experience, further training, and networks in the technology industry, business, and the Swiss Army. He is also a member of the board of directors at V-Locker and Granovit and chairman of the board of trustees at VZ Vermögenszentrum Sammelstiftung.

Arriving by public transport:

The Malters S-Bahn station is about a 16-minute walk from the Stöckli. Follow Bahnhofstrasse to the Hellbühlstrasse intersection. Turn left there. After the highway bridge, follow the footpath into the forest on the right until you reach Eistrasse. On the right-hand side of Eistrasse, you will find the entrance to HQ at the rear of the black building.

Arriving by car:

Take the A14 towards Lucerne/Gisikon-Root. Take the Emmen-Süd exit and drive via Seetalplatz towards Wolhusen (10). At the Malters exit, turn right onto Hellbühlstrasse. After about 600 m, follow Eistrasse on the right. The entrance to HQ is at the rear of the black building. Parking is limited. Additional paid parking is available at the soccer field or on Hellbühlstrasse.
