Cyber attack - key learnings
Cyber attack - key learnings
Successful cyberattacks on companies from all sectors continue to increase in Switzerland and globally. These include, in particular, ransomware attacks in which the blackmailers infiltrate the victims' computers, steal data, paralyze systems and threaten to publish confidential information.
A year ago, the NZZ was also attacked and blackmailed by criminal hackers. The devastating consequences kept the media company busy for months and are still reverberating today. Affected companies often do not share their experiences and lessons learned, which plays into the hands of the criminals. This is why the NZZ decided to make the background to the ransomware attack public. Sharing their experiences from their own cyberattack should help other companies to protect themselves from attacks.
We look forward to finding out more background information and key learnings in a personal exchange with Dr. Felix Graf, CEO NZZ.
Participation in the webinar is reserved for SMG members.
