André Nauer
CEO, ISS Switzerland
André Nauer is a trained hotelier and held various management positions in the hotel and catering industry from 1986 to 1998. He joined ISS in 1998 as Regional Director in the Healthcare sector. In 2001, he was appointed a member of the Executive Board of ISS Switzerland. In 2002, André Nauer also assumed overall operational responsibility for ISS Facility Services AG. In 2003 he became CEO of ISS Switzerland. Since then, André Nauer has transformed the company from a single-service cleaning company with a turnover of CHF 220 million into an integrated facility management company with CHF 832 million in 2023. In recent years, ISS Switzerland has been awarded the title "ISS World Champion" six times as the best ISS organization worldwide. The company has received several industry awards for its efforts in the areas of employer branding and sustainability and has twice been recognized as the best employer in Switzerland.

Giuseppe Cristofaro
Chief Commercial Officer, ISS Switzerland
Giuseppe Cristofaro, a graduate electrical engineer ETH, worked at IBM from 2002 to 2014: first as an IT consultant and IT architect and then in various management positions. During this time, he completed an MBA at Henley Management College. Finally, he headed the Life Sciences industry segment at IBM and was responsible for the Ticino region. He then moved to SAP, where Giuseppe Cristofaro managed the Consumer Products, Retail and Commodity Trading business unit until 2018 and implemented business software solutions for customers in these segments. Since 2018, he has been Director Commercial and Business Development at ISS and is responsible for the commercial development of ISS Facility Services in Switzerland.

Irène Kirwan
Director Strategic Program Management, ISS Switzerland
Irène Kirwan, a graduate of the Lausanne Hotel Management School in 1997, gained extensive experience in operational management at Mexico City Airport and Cancun Airport from 1997 to 2002, where she worked for Swissport and LSG Sky Chefs. From 2001 to 2005, she founded and managed a consulting firm specializing in H+, ISO and AMMPA quality certifications. She has been working in facility management in Switzerland since 2008. Since 2014, she has been working as a key account manager for key customers of ISS. Between 2016 and 2023, she completed various CAS and DAS programs in Facility Management and Real Estate at the ZHAW Wädenswil. Since 2024, she has been responsible for communicating best practices and innovation management at ISS Switzerland.

Roger Gygli
Head Digital Transformation, ISS Switzerland
Roger Gygli founded Milgram Media AG in 2008 and set up the collaborative meeting platform Zeeyoo on its behalf. At the same time, he has been a partner at Denkplatz GmbH since 2009, which focuses on digital business transformation and organizational development. The civil engineer HTL trained as a certified business economist and rounded off his portfolio in 2007 with an MBA in supply chain management at ETH Zurich. In 2018, Roger Gygli also successfully completed the certificate course in Digital Real Estate. He has been with ISS Switzerland since 2017.

David Lunze
Head of Construction Project Management Switzerland, ISS Switzerland
David Lunze, a graduate civil engineer TU, began his career as a tunnel construction engineer in South Africa. After completing his doctorate in life-cycle management in the construction industry at ETH Zurich, he became a member of the management team and Head of Industrial Media & Life-Cycle Management at Priora Facility Management AG. He then became Managing Director of Schüpbach Engineering AG, a building technology planning office of the PGMM Group. David Lunze has been Head of Construction Project Management at ISS Facility Services since 2016. With many years of management experience in Swiss construction and planning companies, energy efficiency and sustainability are important cornerstones of his work.

Nora Teuwsen
Member of the SMG Board, Chairwoman of the Executive Board, ABB Switzerland
Nora Teuwsen has been Chief Executive Officer of ABB Switzerland Ltd since August 2022. She holds a Master's degree in law from the University of Zurich and is admitted to the Swiss Bar as well as an Executive Master of European and International Business Law from the University of St. Gallen. She held various positions at SBB from 2004 to 2019, most recently as Group General Counsel from 2013 to 2019. In 2019, she founded Beyondlegal, a consulting firm for legal departments. Nora Teuwsen is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the "Menschen für Menschen" foundation and a member of the Board of Directors of Raiffeisenbank St. Gallen.
