Christoph Loos
Chairman of the Board of Directors, Hilti Group
Christoph Loos has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hilti Group since January 2023. He joined Hilti in 2001 and after holding positions in Corporate Development, Strategic Marketing and Sales as well as Managing Director of the Market Organization Germany, he was appointed to the Executive Board in 2007 and was initially responsible for the Group functions. After four years, he took over the Emerging Markets division as well as the global energy and industrial business. He was then CEO for nine years (2014 to 2022).

Michael Neidow
Head of the Construction Software business unit, Hilti Group
Michael Neidow has been Head of the new Construction Software business unit since 2024. He joined Hilti in 2009, having previously worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company after studying mechanical engineering in Germany and the USA. After holding various positions in the company, Michael Neidow took over as Head of the Tool Services Business Unit in 2018 and has has been a member of the Hilti Group's executive management team ever since.

Peter Rupp
Head of Corporate Sustainability, Hilti Group
Peter Rupp has been responsible for sustainability at the Hilti Group since 2020. He joined Hilti in 2010 as an economist with a technical degree and headed the Installation Systems and Construction Services business units for several years. Prior to this, he worked for ABB for 18 years in various management positions and in various countries.

Matthias Gillner
Member of the Board of Directors of the Hilti Group
Matthias Gillner has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Hilti Group since 2023. He joined Hilti in 2000 and after holding positions in Corporate Development, Human Resources and the Business Units, he was appointed to the Executive Board in 2011. He was initially responsible for the Power Tools & Accessories and Group Research divisions. From 2014, he headed the Emerging Markets and the global energy and industrial business. From 2017 to 2022, he was responsible for the Group functions and the global energy and industrial business. Matthias Gillner has been a trustee of the Martin Hilti Family Trust and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Hilti Foundation since 2023.

Monika Bütler is an independent economist and honorary professor at HSG. Her research focuses on social insurance, the labor market, political economy and information economics. In addition to her international research activities, she regularly writes articles for a wider audience. She is co-founder and editor of the blog batz.ch, a forum for Swiss economic policy. Monika Bütler is a member of the Board of Directors of SwissLife, Schindler Holding AG and Huber & Suhner AG and Vice President of Gebert Rüf Stiftung.

From Buchs SG train station take the bus (change at Schaan, Bahnhof) or the S-Bahn to the Schaan, Hilti stop. The bus stop is right next to the site, from the S-Bahn stop it is a short walk to the Hilti Campus.
