Dr. Felix Mayer is one of the two founders of Sensirion Holding AG, Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Nomination and Compensation Committee. Dr Mayer has been active as Chairman or Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors since Sensirion was established in 1998. As Co-CEO, he headed the company together with Moritz Lechner until June 2016. Felix Mayer worked for five years at Siemens and was involved in research at ETH Zurich in the area of microtechnology for four years. He has been the recipient of numerous business awards. Dr Mayer is currently a member of the Board of Directors at Lumiphase AG, Optotune AG, Nextlens AG and Luma Beef AG. |

Dr. Marc von Waldkirch has been CEO of Sensirion since 2016. Dr Waldkirch held a variety of management positions in the group between 2005 and 2016, including Vice-President for Research and Development. Prior to joining the company, he worked as a research assistant at ETH Zurich, the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich. Marc von Waldkirch is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Tannerberg AG. |

Dr. Pascal Gerner studied chemistry and biochemistry at the University of Bern (CH) and Bangor University (UK). He received a doctorate in chemistry from the University of Bern for his work in laser spectroscopy. Pascal Gerner has been part of the Sensirion story for 15 years and, as Director of Product Management, is responsible for the definition of new products and product lifecycle management. He is also a member of the Board of Directors at greenTEG AG, a Swiss sensor startup. |

Dr. Philippe Hertig is a partner at Egon Zehnder. He also acted as Managing Partner of the Zurich office from 2007 to 2012. He hails from a family of entrepreneurs with a long tradition. He worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Pilatus Aircraft Ltd on completion of a degree in business studies. He was a doctoral student at the Institute for Organisation and Human Resource Management at the University of Bern from 1993 to 1995 and then returned to Pilatus Aircraft Ltd to become a member of Executive Management and Head of the Government Aviation Business Unit. He joined Egon Zehnder in 1999, an executive search team specialising in finding and assessing senior leaders and board members. |

Arriving by public transport
From Zurich main station: take the S7 to Stäfa, then bus number 955 (heading towards Hombrechtikon, Post) as far as the "Laubisrüti" bus stop. Go back about 20 metres from here and you will see Sensirion Building A on the left-hand side at Laubisrütistrasse 50.
Arriving by car
No parking spaces are available at Sensirion. Parking spaces are reserved for SMG members in the Frohberg car park "Halle für Alle" – Rhynerstrasse 62, 8712 Stäfa – from where a shuttle bus runs as far as the main entrance of Sensirion AG. The shuttle circulates regularly from 1:20 pm.
