Sarah Kreienbühl has been a member of the Management Board of Kuehne + Nagel International AG and CHRO with additional responsibility for sustainability since April 2023. She was previously a member of the Executive Board of the Federation of Migros Cooperatives for five years and was responsible for HRM, corporate communications and social commitment at the Migros Group. From 2004 to 2017, she was a member of the Executive Board of Sonova (formerly Phonak) with global responsibility for HRM, and from 2012 she was also in charge of corporate communications, corporate branding and sustainability. Since April 2022, she has been a member of the Board of Directors of Rieter Holding Ltd. and Chairwoman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Dorothee Auwärter is Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Kuhn Rikon AG, a member of the Board of Swissmem, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Brühlgut Foundation in Winterthur, which looks after people with disabilities, and a partner in the commercial law firm Schiller Rechtsanwälte AG. Dorothee Auwärter studied at the University of Neuchâtel (lic. iur. 2003) and at the University of St. Gallen (Executive MBA HSG 2012) and was admitted to the Zurich Bar in 2006.

Felix Graf has been CEO of the NZZ Media Group, one of the largest private media companies in Switzerland, since 2018. It includes the long-established independent quality newspaper ‘Neue Zürcher Zeitung’. Felix is leading the company through the transformation process to become a modern media group focussing on high-quality journalism, digital information services and conferences. After studying and completing his doctorate at ETH Zurich, Felix held various management positions at McKinsey, Swisscom, Teleclub and CKW. Most recently, he spent four years as CEO of CKW and was also a member of the Executive Board of Axpo Holding AG.Felix holds a Master's degree in physics and chemistry from ETH Zurich and a doctorate in physics from ETH Zurich. In 2007, he was appointed Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum (WEF).

Karen Huebscher is a member of the Boards of Directors with Tecan Group, Sandoz Group and BBI Solutions, a Novo Holding Portfolio company. From 2014 to 2021 she was CEO of Solvias Group, leading its transformation and ultimate sale to Water Street and JLL Healthcare Partners in 2020. Prior to this, she spent more than 15 years with Novartis in senior, global leadership positions. She holds a PhD from the Swiss Institute of Technology in Zurich and an MBA from the IMD in Lausanne.
