Tradition through innovation
Tradition through innovation
The traditional Swiss family business Sprüngli was founded in 1836 and is one of the most renowned confectioners in Europe. For almost 190 years, all products have been made by hand with love and enthusiasm and are soon sold at more than 30 locations and five gastronomy businesses in Switzerland as well as internationally. In addition to locations in Vienna and Munich, Sprüngli has also been present in the Arab world since 2014 and employs over 1000 people worldwide. The fact that Sprüngli has been able to develop so successfully over six generations is due to its skilful combination of tradition and innovation. For example, Sprüngli launched a world first with "Grand Cru Absolu" - a vegan, sugar-reduced fine chocolate made from 100% cocoa beans and cocoa pulp - and in recent years has also geared its range to new eating habits with the introduction of other new products.
