Dr. Christian Keller has been General Manager of IBM Switzerland since 2018 and a member of IBM's worldwide Senior Leadership Team. In 2017 he was General Manager for Financial Services & Industry Platforms in Europe. From 2014 to 2017 he was Managing Director of IBM Deutschland GmbH and responsible for IBM Global Technology Services. In addition, Christian Keller held various marketing and sales management positions within IBM in Switzerland and Europe. Before joining IBM in 1995, Christian Keller worked for three years as a Project Manager in a business consultancy. Christian Keller holds a Master's degree in business administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and received a PhD in business administration from the same university.

Andrea Martin is leading the IBM Client Center organisation in EMEA and is leading the IBM Watson Center in Munich and responsible for its scope and market relevance. Before taking over this role in July 2019, she was Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for IBM Germany, Austria and Switzerland and President, IBM Academy of Technology. In her role, Andrea Martin uses her experience and global network from more than 25 years in the international services business, which also provides valuable input for her activities as an expert in the Commission for AI of the German Parliament (initiated in September 2018). Andrea Martin has started her career at IBM in 1992 after earning her Master’s degree (diploma) in Applied Mathematics from the University in Karlsruhe, Germany.

Wolfgang Rodler is the lead of the IBM Client Center at the global IBM Watson Center in Munich, responsible for the development and implementation of strategic business ideas and supporting the sales teams to generate revenue with their client visits. Prior to his current role, Wolfgang led the Client Experience Team and was responsible for over 400 visits from global companies each year as well as the development of new client reference story content. In 2017, Wolfgang joined IBM as a senior consultant in the Watson IoT consulting practice and was responsible for the implementation of several IoT projects at large multinational companies within the retail industry. Before that, Wolfgang was a consultant for the international consulting firm Deloitte, working in the area of ​​digitization for automotive companies. Wolfgang holds both a "Master of International Business" from the Hult International Business School in Boston and a "Bachelor of Science in Economics" from the University of Ulm.

Dr. Patrik Gisel studied Business Administration and completed a PhD at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). From 1987 to 1993, Gisel was a research fellow and lecturer at the University of St. Gallen. He subsequently worked as an IT manager with UBS and in the Banking and Insurance practice of the Boston Consulting Group in Zurich. In the year 2000, Patrik Gisel joined the Raiffeisen Group as head of the Corporate Development, Finance and IT department and as a member of the Executive Board. From 2002 onwards, he was Deputy Chief Executive and headed the Market Department from 2005 to 2015 before being appointed CEO. He led the Raiffeisen Group until the end of 2018. Since then, Gisel has held a number of mandates in various forms and has been involved in several start-ups.
