Dr Lukas Braunschweiler, SMG President Board member of various companies. Dr Lukas Braunschweiler is Präsident of SMG and a board member of various companies. He has a Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry and gained a doctorate in Physical Chemistry at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich. From 2011 to the end of March 2018, he worked as the CEO of the Sonova Group. He was previously CEO of the Swiss technology group RUAG and led the California-based Dionex Corporation as President and CEO from 2002 to 2009. In addition, from 1995 to 2002, Dr Lukas Braunschweiler held various positions at Group management level at Mettler Toledo. Dr Lukas Braunschweiler is a member of the Management Board of the Sonova Group, Sulzer, Schweiter Technologies AG, as well as President of the Management Board of the Tecan Group Ltd. |

Thomas Bernhardsgrütter, Director Investor Relations, Sonova Group. Thomas Bernhardsgrütter joined the Sonova Group as Director of Investor Relations in 2012. Previously he had worked for twelve years as an analyst for European medical technology stocks, at the UBS Investment Bank from 2000 to 2004 and then at CA Cheuvreux until 2011. Thomas Bernhardsgrütter holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (lic. oec. HSG). |

Marike Carstens, Senior Manager eSolutions, Sonova Group. Marike Carstens has headed the Product Manager team at Phonak eSolutions for two years. The focus of the team is to achieve the best possible customer experience for wearers of hearing aids with the help of digital solutions, and on the other hand – to provide optimum support to audiologists in their business. Marike Carstens has worked on digital solutions in various industries for over 20 years. What is particularly exciting about the modern context is that digital solutions are conceived as part of the system with new hearing-aid functions and not as stand-alone solutions. Marike Carstens is a graduate in Agricultural Engineering and studied at Christian Albrechts University in Kiel (Germany) as well as at Landbouw University in Wageningen (Netherlands). |

Ora Buerkli, VP Global Audiology, Sonova Group Board Member of the Hear The World Foundation. Ora Buerkli holds a Master of Science specialising in Audiology from San Francisco State University, USA. After various roles in clinical audiology, she joined Phonak in 1984. Since then, she has strengthened Phonak’s expertise and reputation in the field of audiology, set up international conferences and also published numerous specialist articles. At Phonak, she was responsible for the areas of Audiology, Product and Brand Management, and is currently Vice President of Global Audiology for the areas of Validation, Learning & Development, Claim Substantiation and Scientific Marketing. Ora Buerkli received the Samuel F. Lybarger Industry Award from the American Academy of Audiology in 2018 for her work. |

Arriving by public transport
From Zurich main station: Take the S7 to Stäfa, then bus number 955 (heading towards Hombrechtikon via Laubisrüti) as far as the “Phonak” bus stop. From there, the Sonova main entrance is only a few metres away.
Arriving by car
There are no parking spaces available at Sonova. Parking spaces are reserved for SMG members in the Frohberg car park – Rhynerstrasse 62, 8712 Stäfa – from where a shuttle bus will run as far as the Sonova Group main entrance. The shuttle runs on a loop regularly from 10.45 a.m.
Arriving at the Frohberg car park from Zurich
Take the A52 motorway heading towards Hinwil/Forch until exit 7 for “Oetwil am See” heading towards “Oetwil am See/Grüningen/ Gossau”, and turn off to the right onto “Rohr”.
Continue on Gossauerstrasse, at the roundabout take the third exit for “Esslingerstrasse”. Continue onto Willikonerstrasse and at the second roundabout, take the second exit (to stay on Willikonerstrasse).
After 350 metres, turn right onto Hombrechtikonerstrasse. Continue driving straight down Oetwilerstrasse and after 850 metres turn right onto Buechstutzstrasse. At the roundabout, go straight on down Rhynerstrasse. After 100 metres, the Frohberg car park is on your left.
